Description
This introduced wildflower forms clusters of tiny, simple, snow-white flowers on slender stems with gray-green foliage. This annual Baby’s Breath is fast growing and blooms profusely, living only 5-6 weeks. It is a great flower to use in cut flower arrangements. To ensure continuous blooms, re-plant at 2-3 week intervals. This is the non-invasive, annual species, not the perennial, G. paniculata, that is invasive in many areas. Baby’s Breath makes a beautiful accent of sparkling white for any flower bed or wildflower garden.
