Annual Wildflower Seeds – For plants that grow, mature and bloom in one season.  Seeds that fall to the ground from these types of wildflowers can produce blooms again the following season.  Added to a wildflower mix so blooms form the first year.

Perennial Wildflower Seeds – For plants that germinate, establish sturdy plants and may bloom the same season, but will continue to bloom for many following seasons.  Seeds that fall to the ground from perennial wildflowers can produce more perennial plants the following season.  Added to a wildflower mix so blooms will continue for many years.

Biennial Wildflower Seeds – For plants that take two years to germinate, grow to maturity, bloom and then die.  These seeds that fall to the ground from these types of wildflowers can produce more biennial plants the following season.
